MEMC is holding its 9th Silicon Materials Technical Workshop on February 24, 2005 at the Dallas Marriott Quorum, Dallas Texas. The Workshop is billed as a comprehensive, one-day course describing high volume silicon wafer manufacturing. The course is designed to give the silicon user a greater insight to the wafer manufacturing process, so they may improve device performance, increase yields, reduce their costs, and extend the life of their fab equipment. The Workshop material is presented in basic, intermediate, and advanced-level presentations.
