As I was dozing off last night to the BBC News broadcast on my local NPR station, I heard a story that warmed my evolutionary heart. The lion's share of the collected works of Charles Darwin--from notebooks to published works and more--are now available free online at http://darwin-online.org.uk.

Kudos to John van Wyhe, the project's director at Cambridge University, and his team for sharing these seminal documents with the world.
