Middlesex IndustriesBosch Rexroth and Middlesex Industries are to collaborate on cleanroom conveyor system projects for the semiconductor and photovoltaics industry as well as other related cleanroom industries, the companies have said. They will also work together on the development of conveyor systems, specifically targeting 300mm Prime and 450mm wafer fab applications.
