Donald Morgan and Kevin Hoy have joined the Solar EnerTech Board of Directors, between them bringing over 40 years’ experience in the financial and business development realm to the roles. 

Mr. Morgan has worked in executive financial roles with various Fortune 500 companies, and most recently served as CFO for Rae Systems, Inc. He began his career at Unisys Corp., which he followed up with CFO roles at Larscom Inc. and Inrange Technologies Corp. He has a B.S. degree in business administration from Northeastern University and an M.S. degree in finance from the University of Illinois.

Mr. Hoy’s past career includes his current role as manager for Old World Homes, LLC, prior to which he was Director of corporation development at the University of Chicago Business School. He has served as CEO for the following companies: Dauphin Technologies, Inc., Victormaxx Technologies, Inc. and Northfield Consulting Group.  He has a B.A. degree from Grinnell College in Iowa.
