Ian Chen steps into new Executive VP role for Sensor Platforms Print E-mail

ImageA 20-year veteran of the industry, Ian Chen’s (pictured) experience in the SoC and analog/mixed signal markets has led to his appointment to the newly created role of Executive Vice President for Sensor Platforms, the fabless company.

 

Mr. Chen’s former role was as VP of marketing for Mobius Microsystems, prior to which he was VP of marketing and product management at Analogix Semiconductor.  He has also held director-level positions with Cypress Semiconductor, Texas Instruments and National Semiconductor.  Mr. Chen has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in electrical engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Sensor Platforms is a fabless semiconductor company based in San Jose.
