ATMI to use Entrepix for faster product development |

 ATMI has signed an agreement with CMP foundry specialist Entrepix that is designed to enable ATMI to speed up the improvement and development of new products.
"As we continue to execute on our product roadmap, broadening our material and material handling offerings, utilizing Entrepix extensive capabilities gives ATMI immediate access to industry recognized CMP expertise and a manufacturing environment for our customer demonstrations," stated Damo Srinivas, Vice President of Interconnect Technologies. "We see that partnering with Entrepix supports our efforts to accelerate our process efficiency solutions to market faster, enabling enhanced process control and reduced cost of ownership for our customers."

A key initiative at ATMI is copper-related products including CMP-related materials.
