Lattice Semiconductor has named former Unisem Group CEO Bruno Guilmart
as its new President and CEO, effective from July 7th. The appointment
follows the resignation from the role of Steve Skaggs at the end of May and the subsequent appointment of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jan Johannessen as Interim CEO.
Mr. Guilmart served as President and CEO of Advanced Interconnect
Technologies prior to its acquisition by Unisem in 2007, after which he
took up the role of Unisem CEO. He also worked with Chartered
Semiconductor Manufacturing as senior vice president for worldwide
sales and marketing and held senior management and business development
roles with Cadence Design, Temic Semiconductor and Hewlett Packard.
