Mikron JSC selects Air Liquide for fab gases contract Print E-mail

ImageMikron JSC, the largest semiconductor manufacturer based in Russia, has signed a long-term contract with Air Liquide for the supply of carrier gases as well as the sale of equipment and the turnkey installation of electronic specialty gases at a 200mm facility, located in Zelenograd, Russia.

Gennadij Ya. Krasnikov, General Director Mikron JSC, noted: "Our requirements for the equipment of the new line are exceptional. Technological systems and solutions offered by Air Liquide proved to be optimal for us."

The new fab is expected to come on line at the end of 2007.
