RF Product Development Director appointment for Nitronex Print E-mail

D. RollDoru Roll has been appointed to the position of director of RF product development for Nitronex.  Bringing over 20 years of experience in the RF product market to the position, Mr. Roll specializes in the design and development of high power amplifiers.

Mr. Roll's last position was as leader of the RF Power Amplifier Development Group for BAE Systems, preceded by a role managing the Applications Engineering team with Agere Systems.  He also spent 10 years with Ericsson AMT, in which position he developed advanced circuit architectures for RF products.

A holder of several technology patents, Doru Roll is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of New York, having earned both a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in electrical engineering.

Nitronex is a GaN RF device manufacturer.
