HP and Synopsys award Babbage grant to Case School of Engineering |

The Case School of Engineering at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio has received a Charles Babbage Grant to develop the Department's software, training and equipment levels. The School will now be provided with Synopsys EDA software, along with sixteen dual core HP xw4400 Workstations for the new laboratory.
The Charles Babbage Grant, named after the mathematician and inventor, has been awarded to Purdue, Syracuse and San Jose State Universities in the past and has benefited several technical universities in their tools, training and support advancement.
