Michael A. Ricci is set to join Ikanos as president and CEO on June 4th, 2007, replacing Daniel K. Atler, who had stepped in as interim CEO since October 2006. Atler, who had served as CFO prior to that date, will continue as a company officer, with Cory Sindelar continuing the CFO role he assumed in October 2006.

His most recent post prior to joining Ikanos was as senior vice president of the Optical Products Group for JDS Uniphase Corporation. Mr. Ricci has a B.Sc. in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
