Joseph Adam joins WiSpry as VP of Operations Print E-mail

J. AdamWiSpry has announced the appointment of Joseph Adam to the post of vice president of operations.  Mr. Adam has more than 20 years of experience in semiconductor management and operations, and most recently worked as vice president of external manufacturing for Skyworks (formerly Conexant).

Mr. Adam's past experience includes his post as director of package development for Rockwell Corporation's semiconductor division, where he managed a group responsible for packaging technology, capital and engineering technology for Mexicali and El Paso operations.  He has a B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University, and holds the positions of chairman of the iNEMI of the Packaging Roadmap Group and member of Imputive's Technical Advisory Board.

WiSpry is an RF-based fabless IC company.
