Applied Materials received the Most Improved Supplier Award within the equipment Category as well as Outstanding Service Engineer award at Fab 2, Fab 5 and Chartered's 300mm facility, Fab 7

In the materials supplier category, Soitec (SOI wafer supplier) was honored with the Most Improved Supplier Quality Award.
