Nikon Precision adopts new parts management system globally |

 Nikon's Precision Equipment Division, which includes its lithography equipment group, has deployed a new parts management and logistics software system from Servigistics in an effort to further improve service and support for customers globally.
"Nikon Corporation is dedicated to delivering world-class service in the optical and precision products industry," said Motoharu Kuze, General Manager, Service Management Division, Precision Equipment Company. "Our decision to implement Servigistics is strategic to maintaining our market leader position and demonstrates our commitment to operational and customer service success."
Axcelis Technologies has also integrated Servigistics software for spare parts management.
