FormFactor President tenders immediate resignation |

 Joseph R. Bronson, President and member of the Office of the Chief Executive and Board of Directors of FormFactor, has announced his resignation from his posts in order to pursue other interests. The resignation, effective January 5, 2007, has prompted the company to alter its management structure and dispense with the Office of the Chief Executive.
Bronson will continue to serve in a consultative capacity to the company's executive management. Company CEO, Dr. Igor Khandros, will assume responsibility for Bronson's duties while continuing in his role as CEO.
Mr. Bronson has been on FormFactor's board of directors since 2002 and assumed the role of President of the company in 2004. He had previously held such positions as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Group Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Applied Materials in his ten years with the company, prior to joining FormFactor in 2004. He serves on the Board of Directors for Advanced Energy Industries Inc., and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. He has a BS in accounting from Fairfield University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
FormFactor, Inc. is an IC test equipment provider.
