Mattson adds senior VP of Organizational Capability to management team |

 Mattson Technology Inc. has added to their management team with the appointment of Gene E. Tange. In his position of senior VP of Organizational Capability, Tange will assume responsibility for managing the recruitment and retention of skilled employees and general development of the company's Human Resources sector.
Tange has more than 30 years of experience in the organizational development arena. He spent 20 of those years working with such companies as VLSI Technology, Johnson and Johnson and CHW in various HR-related positions. He was a co-founder and COO at Fortelus Inc. and most recently has been employed as a national director of Organizational Effectiveness for Deloitte Consulting.
Mr. Tange will be reporting to Mattson's CEO, David L. Dutton, who has welcomed his enrolment as part of the Mattson team. "Gene brings a wealth of knowledge in high-powered organizational development, with expertise in delivering human capital solutions for rapid-growth Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial firms."
