Ramtron announces resignation of Qimonda Board Members Print E-mail
Nov 22, 2006 at 01:59 PM
Klaus Fleischmann and Doris Keitel-Schulz have announced their resignation from Ramtron's board of directors.  The company have pointed out that the dual resignations are not a result of any animosity or disagreement between the board members in question and the company directors.

It seems Mr. Fleischmann and Ms. Keitel-Schulz were appointed to the board pursuant to an agreement with Qimonda AG, and the resignations came about as a result of Qimonda's sale of Ramtron common stock.  The company have thanked Mr. Fleischmann and Ms. Keitel-Schulz for their contributions to the company over the years.

Ramtron International Corp. is a fabless semiconductor company based in Colorado.
