Tool Order: Vistec wins largest single mask metrology order |

 A Japanese mask manufacturer has placed double-digit million Euro orders for three LMS IPRO3 (pictured) and three LWM 9000 SEM systems from Vistec Semiconductor Systems GmbH, making it the largest single order in the company's history.
The Japanese mask manufacturer will standardize mask inspection at its
production facilities around the world, according to Vistec. Some of
the tools have already been shipped.
"Our systems are bestsellers because of their performance and reliability," stated Gerhard Ruppik, General Manager, Vistec Semiconductor Systems. "However, there is also no comparable product on the market for the LMS IPRO3, and the LWM 9000 SEM is also the market leader in its segment."
