Credence’s Judy Davies named as Verigy’s Vice President of Investor Relations |

 Verigy Ltd. has named Judy Davies as Vice President of Investor Relations for the company. This new appointment will see her responsible for the management of programs that ensure the provision of correct and punctual company information for investors and shareholders.
Davies comes to Verigy from her most recent position as VP of marketing communications and investor relations at Credence Systems. While at Credence, Ms Davies managed the communications programs of several companies and created an investor relations strategy for these acquired companies. She was director of worldwide marketing communications at Palmchip and held the position of senior manager of marketing communications at KLA-Tencor.
Bob Nikl, Verigy's CFO, welcomed Davies' appointment: "She [Davies] knows our industry and our investment community well, and her expertise will be a real benefit to Verigy and our shareholders."
Verigy provides products and solutions for the flash and SOC semiconductor sectors.
