Brad Mattson leaves Tegal Board Print E-mail

ImageTegal have announced the election of Thomas R. Mika to the position of chairman of the company's board of directors. Mika has held the post of company president and chief executive since March 2005, and had been named the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2002.  He has been a member of the board of directors since 1992.

Two members of the board of directors, Ralph Martin and Brad Mattson, have resigned their positions with immediate effect. Mattson (pictured) was the founder of both Novellus Systems and Mattson Technology and is retired from his last post at Mattson Technology.  Mr. Duane Wadsworth will assume the position of ‘Lead Independent Director' for the company.

Tegal is a semiconductor and related fields equipment manufacturer.
