Tool Order: 200mm Silicon Valley fab orders multiple wafer sorters from NexTech Solutions |

 A 200mm fab located in Silicon Valley has placed multiple orders for NexTech Solutions' Pegasus 2200i 200mm fully automated wafer sorter.
The Pegasus is capable of critical wafer handling operations including
wafer lot verification, lot splits, lot merges, lot compression, wafer
transfer, incident recovery and test wafer management. The sorters were
recently shipped, according to the company.
