Pauline van der Meer MohrMrs. Pauline van der Meer Mohr has been nominated to the ASML Supervisory Board, which is expected to be sanctioned at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, which is scheduled to be held on March 26, 2009. The position became available earlier this year with resignation of Rolf Deusinger. ASML's Works Council had recommended the nomination.

Mrs. Van der Meer Mohr was Senior Executive Vice President of Human Resources at ABN AMRO. Prior to joining ABN AMRO she was Head of Group Human Resources at TNT and held various senior executive roles at Shell.
