SEMATECH has named Dr. Andrew Grenville as the new Associate Director of lithography, where he will help manage the consortium's advanced lithography programs at International SEMATECH North in Albany, NY.
Dr. Grenville, a noted technologist and an Intel assignee, formerly served as SEMATECH program manager for 193 nm immersion lithography. He has been with SEMATECH since 2001, working in a variety of roles related to identifying and solving the critical issues for extending optical lithography.
