Kraft Project Electronics Ltd. (KPE), a supplier of solar-cell manufacturing equipment, has placed multiple orders with Advanced Energy for its RF and DC power-delivery systems for integration into their plasma-enhanced, chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) and physical vapor deposition (PVD) tools. The orders call for AE to provide 50 MW of solar-cell production capacity in 2006. AE has already delivered power supplies for systems with a capacity of 15 MW in 2006.
