Swagelok Company has made an exclusive agreement whereby it will commercialize Jetalon Solutions' CR-288 concentration monitor technology for the semiconductor industry to increase process control and reduce chemical consumption and wafer scrap. Jetalon Solutions develops liquid chemical sensor and control systems integral to industries requiring high precision process monitor and control.

The product incorporates Jetalon's optical concentration measurement technology and key innovations from the patented Swagelok DRP valve product line. Swagelok has assessed and validated the product for scale-up.

The CR-288 concentration monitor will be exclusively manufactured and distributed by Swagelok beginning this month, July 2006. The new product will be distributed through Swagelok's global network of more than 200 authorized sales and service centers in 54 countries.
