Tool Order: Asian based foundry in repeat orders for Therma-Wave’s 300mm metrology tools |

 A leading foundry based in Asia has placed repeat orders with Therma-Wave for its Opti-Probe OP7341XP thin-film measurement and Therma-Probe TP630XP ion implant monitoring tools that will be used in its 300mm semiconductor production facilities. The customer is believed to be TSMC for Fab 12 and Fab 14 production expansion in 2006.
