TEL wins TI’s fab equipment Supplier Excellence Award for sixth time |

 Texas Instruments has announced that 18 separate companies received the company's, Supplier Excellence Award for 2005. In the Wafer Fab Capital Equipment sector, Tokyo Electron (TEL) was the honored recipient of the award, which went to its Etch Systems, Thermal Processing Systems, and Single Wafer Deposition Business Units. This is the sixth time TEL has received the esteemed Supplier Excellence Award from Texas Instruments.
