Alchimer S.A. has enlisted the expertise of Dr. Claudio Truzzi to fill
the company’s CTO vacancy. He brings experience in such facets of the
industry as engineering, manufacturing, packaging, product development
and management, and most recently served as an independent consultant
to companies involved in the EMS, manufacturing equipment and
wafer-level process sectors.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in the microelectronics industry to his new role with Alchimer, he has worked in academia in roles such as Assistant Professor at various universities over the course of his career. He has served as CTO and Vice President at CS2 and as CEO of IC packaging consultancy company Convergix prior to his most recent independent consultancy role. Dr. Truzzi has an M.Sc. from the University of Bologna and a Ph.D. from the University of Turin.
