An Asian based wafer reclaim company has selected both a GAMA i-clean batch-immersion and a Goldfinger Mach2MP single-wafer cleaning system from Akrion to be used in a 300mm wafer reclaim facility based in Taiwan. The systems, are slated to begin shipping in late 2005 through 2006, according to Akrion. "We are always happy to work with a new customer,"stated James Molinaro, Akrion President and CEO "We offer advanced particle removal systems on both single-wafer and batch-immersion platforms, and I think the industry recognizes the particle cleaning expertise that Akrion possesses."
