Picarro, a manufacturer of high performance lasers and laser-based instruments, has boosted its sales and marketing teams with the addition of Iain Green (pictured) as Director of Marketing and Mark Davis as Vice President of Sales. Between them, they bring over 30 years of experience to the company. 

Bringing over 25 years of sales management experience to the company, Matthew Ready (pictured) has been appointed to the Senior Vice President role where he will oversee all company sales. He will report to company CEO Ronnie Vasishta, and will take up responsibility for the company’s sales strategy and for expanding the company’s sales channel partners. 

Rolf Deusinger, a member of the Advisory Board for ASML, has announced his resignation from the role with immediate effect. A member of the Board since July 2007, Mr. Deusinger has accepted a new position with another company, hence his departure from ASML. 

In the seventh executive appointment for International Rectifier since February (see below), the company has announced the appointment of Mike Brown as Chief Information Officer. Mr. Brown joins the company from Freedom Communications, Inc., where he also held the CIO role. 

Currently serving as company President, Mario Ruscev (pictured) has been promoted to the role of CEO for FormFactor, replacing company founder Igor Khandros. Mr. Khandros now assumes the role of Executive Chairman of the company Board of Directors, in turn succeeding Jim Prestridge, who takes up the mantle of lead independent Director. All executive changes will come into effect at the beginning of the company’s fiscal third quarter of 2008. 

KMG Chemicals, Inc. has announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors and the retirement of one of its long-serving executives, Charles Neff, who retires after 17 years of service. Joining the board are Gerald G. Ermentrout and Christopher T. Fraser, two veterans of the chemicals industry. 

Former Nvidia executive Alex Garcia has joined International Rectifier as Vice President of Compliance, and will oversee the company’s corporate compliance programs and internal audit function. He joins the company from his former role as Senior Director and Head of Internal Audit at Nvidia Corp. 

Verigy’s newly created role of Chief Operating Officer has been filled by Jorge Tittinger, who assumes the role from June 9th 2008. Mr. Titinger is a former Applied Materials and KLA-Tencor executive who joined FormFactor in November 2007 as Senior Vice President of the Product Business Group, which role he has departed to take up the new role of COO for Verigy. 

WiSpry, Inc., the RF IC design company, has enlisted the experience of two MEMS experts to enhance its Advisory Board. Dr. Kurt Petersen (pictured) and Dr. Gabriel Rebeiz have joined the company to assist the company in its technology development. 

Effective as of June 23rd, Clyde R. Hosein (pictured) has been named as CFO for Marvell Technology. Mr. Hosein replaces George de Urioste, who has served as interim CFO since January 2008, and who now takes up the role of Acting COO. Former Acting COO Pantas Sutjarda now assumes the responsibilities of company CTO.
