Currently serving as company President, Mario Ruscev (pictured) has been promoted to the role of CEO for FormFactor, replacing company founder Igor Khandros. Mr. Khandros now assumes the role of Executive Chairman of the company Board of Directors, in turn succeeding Jim Prestridge, who takes up the mantle of lead independent Director. Verigy’s newly created role of Chief Operating Officer has been filled by Jorge Tittinger, who assumes the role from June 9th 2008. Mr. Titinger is a former Applied Materials and KLA-Tencor executive who joined FormFactor in November 2007 as Senior Vice President of the Product Business Group, which role he has departed to take up the new role of COO for Verigy.
