AMA was awarded a new project in August, AMK1, with STMicroelectronics
Singapore. AMK1 is a project of approximately 10,000 square meters of
office space in a building that is recently acquired, and will be
conducted by the contract management approach. AMA had completed the
AMKO project last year with much success based on this approach and
thus it is believed that this form of contract in construction is the
most cost effective and efficient. With AMK1, AMA will undertake the
tasks of Project Management, Design and Contract Management, and this
project is expected to be completed by year-end 04. Write Comment (0 comments) |
